We know due to proportianl representation system in the education high performing tamil students miss out on the uni entry.

man you must be dreaming, without this system hardly any tamil would get in toa uni these days!

High performing students enter the Uni's regardless of thier race.

Becuase of this proportional system, even the very poor performing students from Bati, trinco, etc.. are entering the Uni.
Best example is Mora Uni, see how the Race representation in Computer studies which is equivallent to the normal percentage, and for Minning and Mineral (Which is the least intersted stream) where more tamils students are bulling)
