The UNP today submitted its nominations for the Vavuniya Urban Council. The party has named Ranganathan Pakyanathan, as its mayoral candidate.

if japanese police arrest you for the activity, you can say that you were acting under a command and i am a foot soldier, in the end you can get away with murder. cant charge you as you were really acting under a command.
bukkahh...same with LTTE when they pooh on underground walk ways....acting under command from vihilu pulle...same when blew bombs killing civillians....same with GOSL and even Army commander....sonia armed us to hammer smelly rats....MMS will be the man who goes to International courts.....sad innocent PM.

Say if you go to Lanka and join SL Army, say the Army commander ask you to shoot and kill 5 tamil civilians on the road. say you have done it. say you go back to japan, if japanese police arrest you for the activity, you can say that you were acting under a command and i am a foot soldier, in the end you can get away with murder. cant charge you as you were really acting under a command.
this may be your way of doing things....but aaaaaaaryan drrrrravidians will kill 10 their commander and swim palk straights and live in TN as a repukee. |

Whilst we may have lost on the day, the Whole World of Cricket saw the way we handled the defeat to our friends. if our losing, helped the Pakistani Cricket to reclaim their place in the World of Cricket, we are happy to have lost to them. There will be many more times in the future when we will win against them.
The difference is we can recognize they played better Cricket than us on the day and they deserve to Win. We Sri Lankans can Hold Our Heads High, having beaten the Worlds Best teams and remaining unbeaten till the Final is a Monumental Effort from Our Cricket Team. Let's not forget less than Six Months ago they were Nearly Murdered by terrorist, for them to come back after such shocking life changing events and to come runners Up is truly Awesome. My RESPECTS to them all, they are far from Losers, dignified to the End.
Lets look at the Indian Approached, Whilst your Indian Fans approach was, to Boo the English Fans and the Players, this is even before, a Single ball was being Bowled. I do not understand how this was acceptable to any indian Cricket Fan.?
After all you should remember that England, as a Host Nation had gone to a lot of trouble to put on a Safe Festival of Cricket, Mcc and all the Authorities did a Very good Job and we can study the Positives from it, after all catering to all different needs and aspirations and keeping from any Political Spin come into the game was a Hard Task. They should all be Commended for it. And if BOOING, was your Way of Thanking your Host Nation for the invitation, well, i truly feel Sorry for You. I sincerely hope not all Indians think like those idiots.
To say the least that i was disappointed with the Indian fans is a big understatement. The Land that has bestowed World Religions like Buddhism and Hinduism and Major thinkers like Ghandi, who preached tolerance, Compassion should take a step back, and re look at it's inner self.
