Sinhalese should learn Tamil too

It is beneficial for Tamils in lanka to learn Sinhalese as Sinhalese is spoken by 74%.
In the mean time it is beneficial for Sinhalese to learn tamil too, not just because there are 26% tamil speakers in lanka. Tamil nadu with 70 80 million population and being very closer than any other country, most of sri lankas business and tourism will be with tamil nadu. In a shriking world with open economy, tamil will be beneficial to all in lanka.

that is for the activites done locally in uk.

LTTErs from lanka if arrested overseas for the activities in lanka can always claim that they were acting under the command of a leader and difficult to charge them.
