According to diaspora sources, Rudra had advised large number of Tamils to settle down in New Foundland territory of Canada...!
According the the Tamil intellectual source, this is the quickest way to establish a sovereign Tamil nation as laws in Canada are somewhat loose...! |

I bring in facts for everyone to analyse it. Please look at the view from another angle, we should think outside the square we live in.

It might be to do with, more influence can be made in New Foundland territory which has smaller population. Seperate country is not required in Canada as everyone is equal there. |
