Iross 99% sinhalese by the race has a very moderate view of living together..there are very lil extremists elements are there too..but they are ignorable as eelam wielding tamils ..so time to built up the country not to break it to pieces..

Citizens of Sri Lanka are Sri Lankans just as citizens of Australia are Australians. Its Tamils that place ethnicity before nationality that Sri Lankans can't tolerate. I'm yet to meet a Tamil that can quote a passage from the Sri Lankan constitution that discriminates based on ethnicity.

What did tamil extremism has brought to tamils in sri lanka? Nothing than destruction. chelvanaygam etc..has exploited the inferiority hidden in sl tamils and build the hatred towards sinhalese..and bandaranayaka too supported creating ethnic disharmony .all pst tamil politicians lived and fed on racial lines for their benefit to live in colombo..for luxury. did they care about ordinary tamils? NO. No other sinhalese politician either took care of'em. but time has come to forget about the past and build the nation. scum bags are dead n gone

Now if the twins are delivered on that due date, it will coincide with the 40th birthday of Sri Lanka s master blaster Sanath Jayasuriya, who is easily the oldest cricketer playing international cricket today. Jayasuriya is an integral part of the Sri Lanka Twenty20 team as a devastating opener.

Agreed. I have lot of Sinhalese friends.

Its Tamils that place ethnicity before nationality that Sri Lankans can't tolerate.


This due to the war just ended, over time I assume they all will cliam to be Sri Lankans.

I'm yet to meet a Tamil that can quote a passage from the Sri Lankan constitution that discriminates based on ethnicity.

if so,it is not possible for an outfit like LTTE to grow like this. unfortunately LTTE chosen wrong path in the midway
