IF this is the case, I am wondering why USA can not win Iraq or Afghanistan with all the weapons in the world and WITH THE HELP OF so called ALLIED FORCES.

Because they are not using heavy weapons and not carpet bombing like SLDF. Because USA cares about Iraqi and Afgani civilian life.
