when you get the Aid from world for giving them Free Food, why this concession rate ?
It is better than having no food at all. This is progress for people in IDP camps. on the way to normal life.
When everything is given free there is no value in it.
India is super power isn't it? and does it give free food for all the people who are in hunger.... |
