who else is going to improve education and development in the war affected area? Will NGOs get more chance to work in the area. All academic and bulk of miidle class have fled NE, so I dont think NE people will manage at first without external help. After initial assistance then they can manage themselves.

Tamils? Who are they? Ar they the people who jump off London Bridge, Dawalta Fast unto Death, Raata KFC? Are they he ones who pushed a whole generation to their horrible deaths? Are they the ones who glorifeid suicide by cyanide and bombs?
Are they the ones who threw acid on innocent Sri Lankans? Are they the ones who attacked Embassies, temples and innocent businessmen property?
Are they the ones who have become the bane of all countries that offered the refuge?
are these the Tamils you are talking about, my friend? |

I haven't met any Tamils.. ) I found myself a nice little corner of the world where there aren't any Tamils! Not yet anyway...

Not at all... Just wondering if anything was going on between you two. I came across a photo of Thivya by random chance (I was not specifically looking for her....). But dont get too excited man, it is not easy or straightforward to find her on the web, v unlikely you will find her unfortunately... |

This is a good idea, but not sure how they are going to ship agricultural produce over long distance. Also, where is the market for such produce?
There is technology available for this. IT is bit cheaper too. |
