(Lanka-e-News, June 12, 2009, 3.30 PM) Terrorism Investigation Department produced two doctors and a nurse that served in LTTE-controlled areas in recent past before Colombo magistrate court to extend their detention orders.

One doctor is named Kedish. He has only passed G.C.E. (O/L). He says that the LTTE gave him medical training.

The other two persons are a medical officer named Sathyamurthi that is registered in the Health Department and a nurse called Jeyalakshmi.
