	New York-based Human Rights Watch said the squalid camps, which are ringed with barbed wire, were a 'national disgrace' and violated international law. time for these HRW groups to mind their business. Sri Lanka has proved that there were no war crimes. I wonder why these so called HRW groups are not attacking USA for their crimes in middle east and Vietnam..
