News explains those as ammunition dumps located among tents of civilians and LTTE is purposely exploding them before SLA arrive. Placing ammunition among civilians is clearly against the general norms and neglecting the civilian safety to the highest level, though LTTE blame SLA for all bad deeds of civilians.
