What is this..?
A strange looking feature can see in the sea, just next to the southern tip of NFZ. This is not to give any pandith speculation, but this dark two line like feature is not visible in any other place along the beach. The long one is about 80m long and about 4m wide.
Some times these features from by flowing turbid water in to fresh sea water, but in the ground side, no connection to a canal. Or abandoned some build-up, but this area is very remote with some fishing villages only.
Anyway, posted since the place is the hot-spot of the world today.

There are similar darker lines in rest of the sea.
This is a photograph so cannot base theories out of it. |

These are some sort of old build-up. Not new, may be abandoned half-way. If you check the image (google has newly edited this area due to war, but this image may at least few weeks old) no similar lines in other sections of the beach.
Also we know, LTTE did many experiments with little subs. So, they may even wanted to build facilities for those experiments.
Anyway, this image may not carry any significance. |
