This is not a Avrudu Kumari. She is not a South Indian or Hindi actress. She is the Daughter of LTTE Leader Velupilli Prabakaran. Her name is Duwaraha Prabakaran. We are showing this photograph for this news items, because most of the Tamil people themselves have not seen her, and the real life that Prabakaran and his children live, is a secret even to the Tamil people. Though a capsule of cyanide is hung across the neck of the youth in the North, along with a T-56, Duwaraha is holding a rose in her arms. She is living a very comfortable life in England right now. Duhara Prbahakaran was born in 1986 in Madras, she studied upto A/L in Kilinochchi. Prabakaran and his wife Maduwadani, eldest son Charles Anthony, he is in the center of this picture. Charles Anthony also got princely treatment growing up and lived in Vanni. He has spent most of his life in England and other European countries. Prabakaran had a secret life that he did not tell the world, this was disclosed in the recent findings of his family albums and personal letters.

Prabakaran did not do any job, and did not have any family wealth. But he raised his kids in extreme comfort and extreme wealthy surroundings. The ordinary people of Vanni paid their hard earned money as taxes to Prabakaran, declared that he is collecting this money to liberate the Tamil people and his children. The people who suffered most because of Prabakaran are the women and the children in the north. However, look at the toys of Charles Anthony, look what a wonderful childhood he has had. There are hundreds of thousands of children who have lost their parents because of the LTTE, who live alone without parents in LTTE`s own refugee camps like Centole, Prabakaran lavishly brought up his own children giving them all the luxuries.

Prabakaran gave the Children of vanni guns instead of pens while his children were given computers. The latest technology and knowledge was limited to Prabakaran`s children and his selected few top officials` children. These are the academic certificates of Prabakaran`s children. His children`s education has not suffered in any manner due to the war or any other reason. In 2005 for the 1st time and in 2006 for the 2nd time Duwaraha Prabakaran took the A/L examination, got 3 credit passes in the 2nd time. Charles Anthony took the exams in 2004 and got a Distinction and two passes and passed the A/L exam. Duwaraha was selected in the 1st time to the Sabaragamuwa University, and in the second time to the University of Jaffna.

Duwaraha Prabakaran has registered in for the agriculture degree programme in the Jaffna University. However, later Duwaraha and Charles Anthony got their university education in England. Why did Prabakaran deprive the innocent children of Vanni the education he gave his own children? What did they do wrong? Is the liberation Prabakaran gave the innocent people of North, these never ending tears only? He has deprived these children of their parent`s love, the happiness in life and the education that they are entitled to, and their dreams of tomorrow, in order to realise his dream of Eelam. Prabakarans dual life has been brought in to the open now.

This is the Puthukkudiyiruppu Maha Vidayalaya. This is part of the government school network, before in the hands of the LTTE. This is evidence that the Govt is claiming the land almost to the end. The LTTE did not allow the children of these areas to have their education from schools like this. LTTE has taken children as young as 13 years to fight in the war. They went to LTTE training camps instead of schools. With claiming victory in this area the priority for the government is to start these schools and give the children in these areas their right for a decent education.
