The Hon Robert McClelland, MP
Federal Attorney General

Dear Mr. McClelland,
ANZ Bank`s Negligence of Crime
I refer to today`s reports about the ATM Crime at ANZ Bank. As per the report `On Tuesday, the ANZ bank reported more than $500,000 had been stolen from up to 5,000 cards using a skimming device attached for at least a month to an ANZ ATM at the corner of Collins and Elizabeth streets in central Melbourne`
This report did not surprise me. Your Federal Police had enough evidence through my account with the St. George Bank, to prevent fraudulent withdrawal of monies from an ANZ Bank Community account. AFP Officers were busy threatening me even though I had done nothing unlawful. I have seen no evidence thus far that they blocked the above account to prevent further withdrawals. In addition, I have not been facilitated to be compensated for the person loss for me.
I on the other hand did my own research to find out where I had gone wrong? I believe in the value `Seek and you shall find`. The best example is at http://www.tealecustomauto.com/vacancies.html
I am not able to copy the contents of this webpage and it may change or vanish before you see it. I now know that they certainly are frauds. But my feelings of pain are not as deep as when I get let down by the Governments and institutions I invested in, with faith that they would do the `right` thing. The University of NSW and the Howard Governments are extreme examples.
I therefore did not go out of my way to do the work of the AFP or the Bank`s own auditors. Like the staff of University of NSW who overlook misappropriation of funds, I just observed what was going on. Mr. McClelland, I have very strong positive karma in
Australian legal system and hence I would really not commit anything unlawful to damage another. I feel good financial management and that feelings tells me intuitively. Hence I did not run away like a coward when your officers found fault with me and threatened to ban me from using the Australian Banking system. ANZ Bank keeps losing more and more. If we address crime through every opportunity available to us and this includes including those with good substance on our side the system will respond to us. That`s the only way to reliably transform the system.
There is data / information available at the primary level. Then you have feelings of those who have had the experience on the other. These feelings are made up by experiencing deep pain and/or through focused study and discipline without any distractions until you feel the subject like in PhD level when you are conscious of the Truth through highest awareness.
Thinking through the law must connect the data to the feeling. That is the only legitimate link that would surface rights and wrongs in its path. Often we do not consciously know that we are connecting but we do. This is due to those feelings. Hence Love / Truth is blind.
When we carry such true feelings within us someone somewhere connects to us as per our needs of the moment. That`s how I felt when I received the letter in Appendix 1, from Mr. Graham Humphreys, Director, Ministerial & Executive Communication of the office of Minister for Fair Trading, the Hon Virginia Judge .
My communication was sent out on 05 December 2008 and almost as soon as it was posted, I felt that the `job was done`. That`s confirmation of ownership. Hence when I received the response from the Minister`s office this week, I took it as confirmation of respect for what I was doing as an Australian. I don`t have visible status to impress these AFP officers. But I do have the substance and other genuine investors connect to that substance. I thought to myself that the feelings of the Minister were due to her feelings for migrants from
Sri Lanka and to that of Mr. Humphreys to be through my investments in Ms Colleen Moore & Mr. Bob Gallagher former Directors of NSW Government Information & Advertising. I recalled Colleen & Bob speaking of one Mr. Humphreys who may or may not be the same person. But what matters is the feeling I had for the State Government. That was confirmed through that letter. The form would vary as per the participants with custody over power and therefore strongest influence over the form of physical outcomes. But when we want to know with certainty we need to stay within our feelings and connect to the outcome that best confirms those feelings. All others who are in that link are common feelers/owners.
Today, I wrote about this feeling of ownership and its power in relation to Sri Lanka:

PeacemakerSri:
Because it is our island and homeland.
TN is the homeland of Tamils.
Most Tamils came after 13th century as invaders.
Gaja:
If you come to
Jaffna, feeling it is your home - at least I will step forward and protect you because I am at home in Jaffna. If I am not there God will come to you to confirm to YOU that you belong there. God did this to me at the University of NSW when the Administrators rejected me. Ultimately, what matters is that you feel. That feeling will connect you to other genuine owners. All others are false.
I go about in Sinhalese areas - without any fear - because I feel Sri Lankan.
I see you live in Australia. With this kind of thinking - you are a threat to Australia. I strongly suggest that you cure yourself before it damages you.
PeacemakerSri:
Sri Lanka is the homeland of Sinhalese. Tamil Nadu is the homeland of Tamils. So what? It is fact whether you like it not.
Gaja:
Jaffna is Sri Lanka to majority Tamils - whether you like it or not. Sri Lanka is not homeland to Sinhalese who see these Tamils as aliens.
PeacemakerSri:
Citizenship is a different matter altogether.
Gaja:
Citizenship is the legal confirmation of ownership. You may not be feeling Australian even though you may be having Australian citizenship. In real terms you will not be able to work the system - especially at the level of feeling Australians who do not have much knowledge of the law and its requirements. Likewise in Sri Lanka.
Mr. McClelland, without this feeling based connection one needs independent evidence to accuse or reward. It is likely that your officers are likely to reward `peacemakerSri` and punish `Gaja` when they do not have independent evidence or when they do not consciously seek independent evidence as has already happened with the AFP as well as the NSW Police in my matters.
I continue to share my feelings, anyway I can, with fellow Australians and investors in Democratic Services. Ultimately it`s how we feel that determines the quality of our life. What we `see` without feeling is lifeless. If we carry pains and losses and fears within ourselves and hastily connect that to the first thing we see and/or hear we are actually expressing our own fears / losses and pain through that objective manifestation. That`s what your officers did and hence the continuing crimes in the Electronic Banking system.
The Banks are paying for their own negligence. That`s karma. When they uphold Justice and/or Due Process they would be naturally protected through their own work. Otherwise any support from you is to compensate them for their negligence out of Public Funds. I have foregone my income and have drawn on my savings to share my wisdom and feelings with fellow Australians. It was a feeling I could not ignore. Didn`t know it would be so painful to share. But now I know that the independence I feel is worth every bit of the pain and more.
It is reported that our `Prime Minister Kevin Rudd will hold talks with the president of the
World Bank, Robert Zoellick, in Washington DC in a busy day of meetings in the US capital and that the two will discuss the global financial crisis and plans for the reform of financial regulatory systems`.
A healthy banking system is fundamental to healthy participation in global financial management. Otherwise we would end up being `told` what to do by the more active players and we would in turn `tell` weaker players like Sri Lanka - my country of origin.
Yours sincerely
Gaja Lakshmi Paramasivam
