USS DIASPORA to the rescue!

Diaspora Tamils, some with ties to `Tamils for Obama`, are rumored to be in the process of registering a huge ship to evacuate trapped Tamils from PTK-East and No-fire-Zone.

Now, the Obama administration had abandoned the Pacific Fleet attempt of an amphibious evacuation, Diaspora Tamils plan to register a Norwegian made huge ship, capable of easily accomodating 100,000 but even capable of 400,000 person intake, if needed!

The money for the operation is said to be coming from diaspora Tamils, numbering 2 million worldwide, who are reportedly be among the most wealthy immigrants in many countries.

In order to receive US protection, the ship will most probably be registered in the US under the name USS DIASPORA...

It is believed that the ship is already moving towards Sri Lanka from an undisclosed location in Europe without carrying any country`s flag. But, by the time ship gets closed to SL waters, it could be flying the US flag with proper registration.

Having US registry will help prevent attacks by SL Navy, thus securing its unhindered journey towards coast off PTK-East. The possible ancor point is shown in the map.

Where would this ship head after taking the rescued Tamils, which could include both IDPs as well as LTTE, remains a top secret.

If the plan works it would be a WIN-WIN situation for everyone concerned about the suffering of Tamil civilians in the No-fire-Zone. GOSL will be happy to save billions of Rupees of expenses in terms of settlement costs and Tamils will be happy as the ship is sponsored by Tamil Diaspora.

LTTE will also be happy as they could avoid a final showdown with SLA. SLA will be happy as they could declare victory immediately. Even many political parties in Tamil Nadu, except a few, will be happy as Tamil civilian suffering is not going to decide the results of the crucial national election that will be coming in a short time.

Even UN will have something to be happy if Operation DSS DIASPORA succeeds. And, Tamils-for-Obama would definitely be commended by the world bodies for helping to avoid an unpresidented human catastriphy and suffering of Tamil civilians!
