It is no secret that LTTE had stockpiles of various gases, including poisonous gas. It is also believed that LTTE is in the possession of Helium technology and Helium Balloons that can easily travel very long distances.

Though TAF had a squadron of fighter planes and a foreign-trained unit of pilots (see top photo), VP allowed only two pilots (see 2nd photo) for the very recent mission, where both pilots lost their lives. The rest of the pilots are believed to be used in these crucial Helium missions.

Now, as the very last trump card, VP and the LTTE High Command could end this war with a BANG, if the right wind conditions prevail over PTK, where all the power of LTTE is concentrated right now.

As the map in the bottom illustrate the write wind conditions, supplemented by wing power (see 3rd graphic from top), and could carry mega-ton of C4 explosive.

With correct wing conditions, in one dark night, the plan is to launch three helium balloons. If the wind is blowing in a South-West direction, then the LTTE can deliver the final blow on GOSL forces on three strategic places Jaffna Palalai AB, Trinco SLN HQ, and ARMY and Air Force HQ in Colombo.

The mega tons of C4 explosive, unleashed from a relatively low altitude with surgical precision could cripple GOSL and wipe out all the three armed forces, thus dawning the supreme goal of LTTE and VP!

With army closing in and time and space running out, the final end of this 30 year war could eventually be decided by the right wind conditions!

If the right wind conditions arrive before SLA reaches the LTTE nucleus, then the Helium technology will work and VP will win the final war!!!
