Hands up those who went to good schools in Sri Lanka because their parents submitted falcified fradulent documents to the School.

The Chief Editor of Lanka Irida Chandana Sirimalwatta who was called to the CID to be questioned regarding an article published in Lanka Irida, the weekend Sinhalese newspaper, has been questioned for about 2 hours.

Mr. Sirimalwatta has been questioned regarding the news item A conspiracy to assassinate Gen. Sarath Fonseka that was published last Sunday. The questioning has been conducted on orders from the IGP under clause No.120 of the penal code alleging that the news item published would create public disturbance.


Looks like we have a smart IGP.

A special discussion between the JVP and the Former Chief of Defense Staff Gen. Sarath Fonseka is taking place today states the media unit of the JVP.

Several of its senior leaders are taking part in this discussion states the JVP adding the results of the discussion would be announced tomorrow (24th)


SF has promised that he would refrain from using Michelin in future.
