Person arrested for making offensive comment on the web Sunday, 1 November 2009 - 1:41 PM SL Time |  | |
A person who had made offensive comments regarding the President and the Secretary of Defense using the web has been remanded till the 6th of November by the Mathale Magistrate. The suspect, who is a resident of Alauwa, was arrest by the Criminal Investigation Department yesterday.
