This killing of this person is of killing a innocent and harmless.
Can not be compared.
Even when civilians when into that territory they knew exactly what they were getting into. Anyway, they decided to go there because they thought LTTE would turn around things and they would get special status and the perks coming with that. |

Nothing!
I have seen many similar incidents at the times of racial and political conflicts.
Problem is our bias judgments based on our believes.
Lasantha was killed on broad day light right in the city center! Some justify the killing as inevitable because of his political background!
I can tell you one thing for sure. Nobody can escape from the judgment of the heaven.

There is no law and order in this sick country. Politicians and Policemen take the law into their hands and punish the people. Policemen are commonly known as official thugs in Sri Lanka, and they are the real criminals in this sick country. The video shows here how a Policeman without a uniform attacks to a Tamil youth and forced him to drown. This criminal is just only a tip of the iceberg. A large number of similar criminals happen every day in this sick country. Humn rights violation is a common thing in this country.
Recently a security guard in a Colombo school has attacked to a little girl at the age of 6 years in front of the school gate. The girl is now getting treatments for her head injuries at the ICU, Colombo National Hospital.
Thugs with and without uniforms control this sick country. The President (GON NAMBA) of this country, the IGP and all other law enforcement officers make favors to these Thugs to escape from the law.
Mervin Silva Company Limited has created this type of dangerous criminal environment in this country with the help of President, commonly known as GON NAMBA.
God bless this sick country!

What could you have possibly done if you happened to be there at that time watching?
I would have gone into the water and I am pretty sure many would have joined. I am sure many would have watched in shock but dint want to be the first to act.
I have volunteered in bad situations standing up for what is right and got the crap beaten out too, even after decades I still don't feel bad.
