Appeal to send the released youth in Canada to Sri Lanka

Sri Lankan officials have appealed, the youth who had been released from the detained Sri Lankan refugees in Vaancover Prison in Canada should be immediately released to Sri lanka.

The Sri Lankan officials inform, the Canadian government had not published any details regarding the 26 years old youth, but he is person whom they are exploring. Sri Lanka argues, during the past period, a youth named Kaarthiban Manickavasagar is hunted by them for smuggling electronic systems to the Liberation tigers, and it the same person is presently released was stated. In this context, Kartheeban Manickavasagar is hunted by the International police sector and should be handed over to Sri lanka was appealed by the Sri lankan officials to Canada, is according to Canadian daily newspaper.

An Attorney appealing for Kaarthiban Manikavasagar commented, Sri Lanka government is instigating racism hence by submitting false accusations, is attempting to place the Tamils youths in the terrorism list

	will have to come back to Sri Lanka. You mean on a vacation? Christmas Island is a territory of Australia and after people are taken there or landed I don't think they could be deported without a hearing. This is why Australia wanted the current boat to be sent to Indonesia.

	Christmas Island is a territory of Australia and after people are taken there or landed I don't think they could be deported without a hearing. that is why the Australian custom ship has declined to take them to the island and now they are said to be in Indonesian Christmus Island. Indonesia says those who are not cooperating to establish the identity will be deported to Sri Lanka.

Controversy surrounds Australia s decision to keep Sri Lanka out of negotiations over Sri Lankan Tamils now held in Indonesia and Australia.

This is not fair even the Australians don't want to play ball with SL. :)

As long as they are in international waters or that of another country it will not be Australia's problem. Still deporting them back to SL could be an issue considering SL reputation in the world.
