Dilshan and Tharanga to open against India ODI series Sanga
T.M. Dilshan and Upul Tharanga will open the batting for Sri Lanka at the ODI series against India, Sri Lanka captain Kumar Sangakkara said today. He also added that Sanath Jayasuriya is slotted to bat in the middle order.
He explained that due to the need of an all-rounder in the middle order Sanath was given the slot.
Sanga is banking so much on Tharanga, but i feel they might revert to Mahela if Tharanga fails in the first 03 games.

I think Sanga don't like Mathews.
In one of his interviews he indirectly said so.
It is noticed in some matches Sanga did not use Mathews full quota even he was bowling well. |
