Senior Presidential Advisor Basil Rajapaksa MP testing a modern earth-mover among a large number of machinery and equipment destined for the North to be deployed in the Uthuru Vasanthaya (Northern spring) mega development drive, that were lined up at Galle Face yesterday, pending their departure to the North. The machinery was provided by the Chinese Government under an existing agreement. Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa was also present.

Whether they have their own law or not is not important to general public. If they protect and build this devastated nation like this that is what the poor people of the country celebrate by voting them.
Starving people cannot eat newspapers or 'free media'.
Air, Food, shelter and cloths are the basic needs.
'Free media' is the basic nutrients only for failing oppositions and for the people who condemn anything done by others.
