How come our engineers couldn't build this bridge and gave it to Chinese?
If Mahinda Mama was the President at the time it was launched would he had given it to our engineers to build the bridge?

I was thinking the same. Did LAKSHAPANA build by foreigners too. IT is long after that Sri Lankan Engineers built something.
What is good looking?

| LTTE destroys bridges, while the GoSL creates them! The eastern tamils are happy, but the 100% non-selfish overseas tamils are still staging Big Mac sponsored fake hunger strikes! :(( |
