Nikola Tesla was born in Austro-Hungaria, Croatia on July 10, 1856. At his birth, the midwife said, `He`ll be a child of the storm,` to which his
mother replied, `No, of light,` little did they know the drastic change he would bring to future generations through light. He is one of the great men who divert the stream of human history, Life magazine (September 1997). Over a hundred years ago, Nikola Tesla, one of the greatest inventors of all time, developed and patented over 700 inventions.
