So you think you can dance, jawan?

Tuesday, 13 October 2009 - 7:27 PM SL Time

This was filmed at a ceremony at the Wagha border where Indian and Pakistani troops were staging some sort of musical.

Observe how one Indian soldier outdoes his Pakistani counterpart at the high kick salute. Respect, jawan! What a fearsome soldier! How well trained he is! The Pakistanis must be shaking in their boots!

Enjoy the show!

PS- There`s plenty more where this came from :)))

This is another very special dedication to our resident military expert, Maninder :))

Now why did that jawan do that when fact to face with the Pakistani soldier? Was he wearing blue suede shoes? Was he just showing how Indian soldiers are better trained than any other soldier in the world? It couldn't possibly be because he was frightened at the sight of a Pakistani soldier coming straight for him, could it?

Imperator,
So you think you can dance, jawan?

:))
Have you heard the word martial dance?

Chances are that you haven't, because Sri lanka has no martial culture, which explains why SLA ran upto 51000 deserters while figting a 25000 Lungi Clad guerillas! :))

It also explains why Sri Lanka sought forign assiatnce to rescue 40000 soldiers surrounded by 15000 Lungi Clad fighters back in 2001. :))))

If you understood martial culture and ceremonies, one third of Sri Lanka wouldn't have been under the control of a few thousands of terrorists for decades! :))

The traditional ceremonies in Wagha might look funny to those who has no clue of martial culture. It is choreographed together by Pak and Indian army to the last minute. It is not like Indian soldiers do what they like and pakistanis do as the please!

resident military expert, Maninder

:)))
Pointing out SLA has 51000 deserters while fighting 25000 Lungi Clad figters doesn't make me resident military expert. It makes me a guy who reads newspapers once in a while! :))))))

Maninder,

because Sri lanka has no martial culture

LOL! You're a true military expert! Do you know why the British banned this thing called Angampora?

Oh oh, WHAT BIG WORDS! Looks like our Indian hero forgot to mention that WE BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF INDIRA'S DARLING TERRORISTS. Since you are really asking me for it, I will upload a map of India showing how much land is under Naxalite control. It will show ONLY Naxalite control, ignoring all the other parts held by the other EIGHTY-ODD MILITANT GROUPS IN INDIA. That will show you just how totally well placed you are to be passing judgement on our military that destroyed the world's most ruthless terrorist group.

The traditional ceremonies in Wagha might look funny to those who has no clue of martial culture. It is choreographed together by Pak and Indian army to the last minute. It is not like Indian soldiers do what they like and pakistanis do as the please!

I figured it was some traditional thing, but I just couldn't resist putting the dance spin on it :)))

It makes me a guy who reads newspapers once in a while!

According to the latest newspapers, Bihar and Jharkhand have seen a school, communication towers and a railroad bombed. A few days ago, 17 policemen were killed by Naxalites. Looks like you have a few unread papers there :)))

Most of the traditional martial arts and martial societies have a martial dance tradition as well. Military ceremonies are a form of martial dance.

Do you know why the British banned this thing called Angampora?

If angampora is anything martial, how can british or anyone ban it? :)))

Can you really comprehend what martial means? :))

Since you are really asking me for it, I will upload a map of India showing how much land is under Naxalite control.

There is no land under naxal control, but there is land where naxals are present. And that is where they attack police stations and other installations.

It is common sense that if the land was under naxal conrol, there will be no police stations, but naxal stations! :)) But it may be too much for you!

That will show you just how totally well placed you are to be passing judgement on our military that destroyed the world's most ruthless terrorist group.

:))))

Looks like India has learnt the lesson from Sri Lanka!

Yesterday Indian Prime minister has ruled out using armed forces against naxals. He said it will be stricly police work! :)))))
