he will be chased away,by a motion of impeachment.
i think both MR and CJ should have a dialog before things get worsen,CJ should respect to the power lies with MR and Parliament and those should respect the power of judiciary

What if MR drops petrol price below Rs 100.-
Would that be interpreted as contempt of court.
Would that be interpreted as MR acting on his own?

With the time things will change for good.
Some Tamils had a long massive bad dream.
The light is coming, I guess.

Exercising power too much is potentially destructive. Some checks and balances are essentially helpful!

I agree, LTTE gave a disaster to the country, but see, they are getting the sort of punishment for that, sadly on the death of many people. Anyway, its time to cultivate harmony.

well thats why i'm telling,we are not ready to give what ever they enjoyed in colonial time, they have enjoyed a lot privileges than all other communities at that time.ordinary Tamils does not ask for police power, land power etc, they need better schools, houses, health service equivalent to all other sri lankans enjoy.thats what only we can give, giving more wont solve this problem ,it will make country an anarchy .

All presidents after JR did not implement capital punishment.
All those who sentenced to death are still in jail.
Would it qualify for non implementation of court decision?

Tamils diaspora la.....have many bad memories...

That is one of the reason for their blind support for tigers....

What ever tigres ambitions are it does not matter. They simply wanted to take the revange for what has happened to them and their kin & kiths....

Since the govt has the upper hand it is height time for SL GOVT to make this golden opportunity to put forward a solution and close the case..
