Tamils are generally known for law abiding compare to other tribals..

true , it does not help at all the time ,,specially in the case of eelam tamils...

hope Delhi did not trade the wealth (prosperity,culture,intellectual property, money, health services) over the dignity of TN tamils....then again , it is entirely upto them to decide their future and their destiny..however the sinhalayans who are destined to look for the menial jobs in TN will have no say in the affairs between Delhi and TN until they are fully civilized and brought into the world order!
