This cycle of violence will repeat, UNTIL you bigots realize that the Tamils ALSO DESERVE their RIGHTFUL 'place' in SL society.

And if that 'place' is a notch higher than that of the Sinhalese, tough. We are just smarter :O)

Crabs man the tamils who love sri lanka has their rightful place baring some drawbacks due to the terrorists being tamils, which will be overcome in the near future and all rights restored as they wish.

the ones that are in trouble is the terrorist supporters. you can choose either side as you wish.

In the mid to late eighties, you could count the number of Tamil owned establishments on your fingers. Now the Tamil version of the Yellow Pages is the envy of all ethnic groups (even the Jews).

It's because of inbred, inept, intolerable leaches like you that the Tamil man had to take up arms.

And with the whole bit about 'things are coming to an end', says who? Your beloved red shawl wearing babo0n?

This cycle of violence will repeat, UNTIL you bigots realize that the Tamils ALSO DESERVE their RIGHTFUL 'place' in SL society.

No you bugger...stay in Canada... you have no place here.. if this goes on any longer, (we don't mind) there will be nothing left of you but a foot note in our MahaVamsa!

Your RIGHTFUL place is there....

There are many on this forum truly believing that the LTTE are going to be finished off for good. They are living in a dream world. Knowing the LTTE's tenacity, conviction and dedication many have already predicted that it would go on forever fighting as a guerrilla force.

Your VP had a dream... even as recently as December... what happened to that dream... there was dreams of UDI, Blood Rivers, IIA, TN Army, Total destruction of the South...etc etc.

Us Singlecelled Sinhalese had only one dream, destroy the LTTE, its man power, its assets and its area of influence... dream of what you can achieve. Not of what can't!

What is happening in places like Afghanistan, Iraq and many other trouble spots around the world are examples of what a guerrilla force can do to survive and fight for many many years.

Sorry to say, but they, unlike you, got their hands dirty... you like to get the poor village folks killed while you enjoy a beer at the pub. That's the difference. You don't want to get your hands dirty...

India and the Pakis may be able to help you to fight the LTTE but look at how well they are doing in their own countries against domestic insurgencies. A few guerrillas with a small amount of arms can wreck havoc in the country and that is likely to happen if the LTTE is defeated as a conventional force.

Small LTTE teams did wreak havoc in SL and we have learned to counter them effectively now. So you can wish upon a star and dream some more...

They were too busy bailing out the world's banks, auto industry etc.. Can you imagine the financial muscle of the GTA Tamil professionals, grocers, dosai joints, used-car dealers, life insurance salesmen, and realtors? It dwarfs all other world economies!

CJ has forgotten that Executive is also a politician in power.
Their law is 'My car-My petrol'
