Its got nothing to do with cemeteries in sinhala...MY language..
what is the meaning of Samathi in Sinhala.
Samathi means attaining Nirvana or enlightenment in Tamil also.. We use that mainly to the saints like the Buddha or other sages.
Saakiya munivar pournamy naalil SAMAATHI adainthaar.-
It means the Buddha got his enlightenment on a full moon day.

You obviously have no knowledge of the Convention,
This contradicts the following:
Treaties, Protocols, Declarations etc other than what you may have read in the newspapers or on the internet
That is still knowledge - and often better than the one you learn academically - which is locked up for safe keeping and ends up a burden / heavy baggage.
and you equally obviously have no legal training.
Thank god for that. Otherwise my learning through direct experience would have been really really slow. |

'Samadi' or 'Samadhi' means mental concentration or meditation..
There's no 'Samathi' in sinhala...

You mean the country that allows its president to award the medal of Freedom to an Australian (Mr. John Howard) who was stripped of his sacred position as representative of the People of his land?
No thank you. Why did your Canadian PM not get that medal? Think about it. YOu seem to be more American than Canadian. |

You and Gaja etc are pretty insignificant part of my world and if you think I am going to engage in any meaning ful discussion with either one of you , you over-estimate your intellectual attractiveness.
Again contradicting yourself in action? If you believed the above - there would have been no need to say it. You are saying it to gain at least status. At least be transparent when you are in international forums such as this.
