This was the same tactic employed by the SLDF in the East when they indiscriminately mombed the civilians to make them leave the areas they wanted to invade. I saw video of the Mulai hospital - looks untouched. Just like the Vakkarai hospital that was supposed to be destroyed, but was found undamaged. |

I am sure many of the civilians are afraid to leave the LTTE controlled areas for fear of being labelled LTTE supporters
the left over civilian families are from Dead Mahamodayas' families. |
