Money should have been pumped into the NE. Should have brought the Tamils living standards in those areas to a level in par with that of a beggar living in Colombo.

Tamils never blame tamils for their present situation.
What did LTTE do with those billions of NGO money. they have not done anything except building bunkers of various kind.
Tamils always come and blame sinhalas or the GOSL.
I don't think, tamils will ever grow up until they accept their stake of the blame.
Again, what is the contribution of tamils to Sri Lanka.
They got the free education and moved overseas and expect the GOSL to make everything hunky dory when they return back.
They only contributed money to destroy Sri Lanka.
