The agreement is to fly 350 hours a week and there would be a mixed crew on board.
See the carelessness of calculation!
How will be the maintenance of the aircraft??????

My friend used teh new Mihin Air flight two days ago and was very impressed with the new aircraft and its German hosts..
In his view, Mihin was much better, comfortable and a cheaper option than Air Arabia which is the most popular airliner in UAE - CXB route
Hope MR will prevail this time ..

If there is a way to look in to regular maintainer s report of this Air line, I will fly on this Air-line. Knowing how Sri Lankan government (for that matter any Sri Lankan Government) I don t trust. Remember folks cheep thing are no good things are no cheep. |

I wouldn't want to fly this airline, I'd let someone else guinea pig ride it to test how safe it is. If I remember right they had a close call in their last spell.
Guys, Believe me. I have fly with Mihin last year when I was visiting Sri Lanka. I took Mihin from Singapore to CMB. I was really amazed by its punctuality, Hospitality and the Quality. It wasn't second to any other regular Airline. Sevice was excellent.
But what I hate to mention is the time I had to scarify in purchasing a ticket. There was no on line ticketing facility or at least issuing a ticket by Credit Card payments. I had to send one of my relative in Sri Lanka to pay cash and purchase tickets on my behalf.. I hope now they have sorted out their shortcomings.. |

looks like a 737 - 900 to me
LOL Gon, I guess MR is THAT good, he got the prototype 787 from Boeing to fly for Mihin Air! |

Minhin Lanka..
This is only a political stunt,very soon Minhin will crash land in the head of Rajapaksa family..
Temporary patching won't work,when the leg got broken..
We can listen the 'Namo Namo Maatha' very soon..

HI ALL
I am an engineer who works on 787 Prgm in USA and This is not a 787 and also Sri lanka never placed an order on 787..! it look like 767. The 787 firs flight due 2 quarter this year and first delivery due end of the year...! I hope LANKA NEWSPAPER WILL MAKE THE CORRECTION..! Thanks
