Fonseka introduced *LTTE military insurance sl Ltd* to kopekaduva the overall captain at the recruitment centre!

soosai was assigned to the induction center, where he advised the new all sl armed forces recruits about the government benefits, especially about the LTTE military insurance sl Ltd policies

	It wasn't long before captain kopekaduva noticed that soosai was having a staggeringly high success-rate, selling insurance to nearly 100% of the recruits he advised. thats why soosai's shop is closed. fully insured by ceylinco.
