Age based discrimination is unlawful in Australia. If you have faith - then you are not discriminating but are respecting the elders and including young ones through that common faith. Otherwise - you need to not use hierarchical position names on the basis of age, race or gender. It amounts to discrimination and therefore is unlawful on these bases.
