India can not develop because TN.
It seems Dewey knows nothing about India except cow urine. The North Indian states are poor states compared to the southern states. Tamil Nadu is one of the most leading industrialized rich states in India. Most of the Tax revenue of Tamil Nadu is supporting the northern BIMARU states.
If they spend even 50% of Tax revenue earned in Tamil Nadu, the TN state will be much more developed than any other states. This is one of the negative aspects in the Indian union. That is the same thing can be said to rich countries like Canada also. For example, the few rich provinces are supporting other provinces in the form of transfer payments.
Bimaru means SICK in Hindi.
The Bimaru states are
Bi- Bihar
Ma- Madhya Pradesh
R- Rajasthan
U- Uthara Pradesh
These are the most populated Hindi belt states, Basically the Tamils are supporting the Hindians. :)))

i think your sugestion is the best- India should demand seperation from its RULER -Tamil Nadu!
