Lasantha would have in a better manner...he was to close his eyes with Victor Ivon during CBK times..but She never accept killings..but it has happened...a loss to the media but a lesson to the media.

CBK is a failed leader..in every issue she fail to take vise decisions..that made her period...responsible for most things happening today.
She is not a well organised person and that is the recent for her failure. She wanted to had her foot in every possible thing and as a result she could not catch up with her work... On the other hand, when she got elected, everyone had the hope that they somehow want to get her involvment for what ever thing they do. As a result things got delayed and delayed and she could not catchup with at least the main things that she intended to do. At the end it was a disastor... that is how I can look at her time in the office as the president.

In the case of Mahinda, it is totally different. He came from a working family and had 20+ years of experience in politics from the grass root to the top. So he was pretty well adgusted to the political environment. That is not the case for Chandrika. |

this means CBK was not a leader.
LEaders know how to and where to delegate power and get things done. they just watch what is happening. CBK got power by inheritance and she did not know what to do. |

Yes it is correct. But during the Premadasa erra, there wasn't anyone else to take the lead against the UNP. So the only hope the oppposition had was her when she came back to Sri lanka. |

To ceratin extent she respected ethics. In her 11 years time things was not bad as MR. Most importantly she tried her best to solve this problem throught talks. Stupid LTTE.
In Sri Lanka, with that kind of turmoil, no one leader can behave as a Saint. If Some one tried to be a Saint, that one simply did not know what to do.

Sea tiger susai and puttu amman surrender to army last night,and nadeson is waiting to surrender,very reliable sources.
I also heared that pottu amman surrendered yesterday to GoSL through Karuna. But SLA has stopped releasing the news as unlike Karuna, their fate is still not decided.
Any news on this ? |
