Southern part lack basic sanitary even in hotels unless you look for a 4star and above Hotels...I have experience into kakinada and Madras...Thought of it makes me feel sick...:-)

If you go through this therad I can say war and sex are highly related and go hand in hand. This was my finding longer back and at that time no one trusted.
Sri Lankans are bad in both. They cant either have proper sex or fight a proper war.
