'If TAMIL is a separate nation, then its time for the people of Banglore, to call Karnataka is also a separate nation. -- whats your argument for this?

What a moron are you? Indian union consists of many nation states. They are united under one Indian identity. India created the linguistic states to alleviate the fear of losing their unique language, culture and identity of the people of these nation states.
The Indian constitution guarantees every one of these nation states to foster and develop their language and culture in their own respective states and be Indians at large. That is the only reason the Indian union is still strong, even with all kind of problems they have.
The petty, racist Sinhala mind can't understand that concept. Yes. Karnataka is a nation within a nation.

NO nations based on languages- you need to have more uniquenesses, which all the Indian lanagues in short of prooving. So no difference for Tamil.
Tamils in India -- Indian nationals
Tamils in SL -- Sri Lankan nationals.

thanks for admitting that the ltte's AIM will not change....if the ltte to change their minds to change the AIM, it would have changed it long ago...
now the gosl is involved in an ethnic cleansing and a genocidal war just because the ltte represent the tamil grievances and the facts, instead of allowing the tamils to live in peace with dignity!

Tamil is much older and much richer than Hindi or Urdu. That is the reason Tamil is a classical language of India. :)))

so, the solution you propose is a mono-ethnic eelam and a multi-ethnic rest of sri lanka? if you want to live in a nation within a nation, go to TN. If you want to share this country with the rest of the races, like 55% of tamils do, stay in Sri Lanka. |
