the ltte is defending for a purpose and you lot are going on the offensive for a purpose, the purpose is to avoid eelam and to archive one rule...you seems to think....that ' kill the ltte, then you have killed the eelam......because the ltte will not agree to anything less than eelam, so you want to kill the ltte, and in the process you are killing the innocent civilians.
the gosl could have choose a referendum over the war to decide the future but opted to war...
it is a real war...this time , so far there are more than 2000 war crimes committed by the gosl, unlike in the past, the previous govts followed two tracks to defeat the ltte...
this time there wont be any solution but a total military victory that you are expecting...
if there is a CFA at this stage, atleast one can say the action of the gosl is fundamentally in the interests of them and the gosl is really interested in power sharing , in this way , the ltte 's call to recognize TE do not sell well in the international arena..
the ltte is giving the gosl enbo8ugh time to rethink, while defending and loosing the territories they hold and the ltte is forcing the IC to force gosl to call for a CF...
the ltte could not go any further and if the trend continues the ltte will go on the offensive,
