If and when the LTTE are beaten militarily, they will inevitably resort to more blatant acts of terrorism again, where either a single or handful of operatives use weapons of 'terror' such as suicide bombing, to inflict carnage on the civil population.
A political resolution must be found to this problem, as there are few examples in history where a terrorist group has been eradicated by military means alone.
Just look to Israel to see how not to beat terrorism, the Israeli States actions against Hamas are actually assisting in the recruitment of future 'resistance fighters'. |

I am not sure whether you are here or not. Your last post addressed to me didnt make sense to me. It must have come about through misunderstanding of a conversation between me and Gaja this morning. That is why I chose not to delve into it further.
This also makes me realise that sometimes MIsUNDERSTANDINGS are the cause of issues. You had taken something that I mentioned out of context. Then you have taken part of a statement and lambasted me...This is why this place is pregnant with RACISM!
