comments will not...reality is different...all Sri Lankans going through it for few more months.
Chennai lives in a lala land. I invite him to come To Sl and spend some time here and see for himself. I will take him around and host him in my home if I have to but if you can convince one person, then you start a process. |

This is why we see so many distructions in KILI town
but once again all we have to say is 'LTTE wanted & knew this would happend'
so much for the sole represantatives of tamils
By 10 am on January 2, the 571 Brigade entered the Kilinochchi town. They were followed by the 572 and 574 Brigades. As the troops entered the built up area, the Tiger cadres opted to urban guerrilla warfare. Troops were faced with stiff resistance from the Tigers fighting from abandoned buildings. The house to house clearing operations became a tedious task. Then instructions were given to engage any buildings from where fire was coming using Rocket Propelled Grenades in order to avoid military casualties. |

See where your fire has brought you? No where! You achieved NOTHING with your 'fire' All it did was consume you and yours and turned all aspirations of the Tamil struggle in to smoke and ashes.
Dont tell that aspirations of tamils have been met & they are satisfied !
AS long as they are not met, you will have to See Smoke & fire everywhere in Sorrylanka !
Sri Lanka is at war against a unseen enemy.
Same thing can be said by tamils abt being Bombed from Skies & all people !
TAF could have bombed the Sinhala Civilians in notime & yet they never did ..
U know why ? |

True... poverty and lack of resources. But In Sri Lanka it is not widespread and part of everyday life for millions like it is in TN. India spend billions of dollars on Nuclear energy, military, IT infrastructure.
How much will it cost to start building toilets and lifts up the standard of living of her own people? |

But there was no one there ......so the SLA fired everything they had at a empty deserted town?

Kris,

most Diaspora knows it and enjoy freedom over there..but they are blind in front of Stateless Tag.They have thrown Sri Lankan Identity
and messed their life's by going behind LTTE for a dream EElam.
Not only that, they have ruined innocent folks in Vanni by funding LTTE to send men women kids to perish from a conventional force. |
