How long would you be able to maintain this army of occupation in the Tamil nation?
We have almost restored our lost sovereignity stolen from us by Kalinghamagha. Once the oily pig is pulled out from the hole, it is done. |

Erilamalai,
How long would you be able to maintain this army of occupation in the Tamil nation?
I would not call it an occupation. But I get the jest of what you are saying through your 'rhetoric'.
Military can not hold things status-quo if GOSL can not come with a proper political solution as soon as possible.
Our third class partisan politics will try to take advantage of the situation at every corner. MR needs to be absolutely stern and resourceful until he sees the country through. Crushing the LTTE could prove to be the easiest thing he had to do to bring lasting peace to our mother land. |

Reilamala,
You seem to be so obsessed with Tamil Nadu,
what for..the other way looks../
Isn't that what thousands of your Sinhala women are already doing in the Middle East?
better than what Tamils does.
Prabhakaran's goal is to restore lost sovereignty of Eelam Tamils.
when was sovereignity...?
I don't care too much about Tamil Nadu or what its cheap politicians do. You,
really..we do for entertainment..jokers.
should be greatful to India -without its help,
slap on the face...for TN bread Terror.
your generals would not be able to deploy more than 70,000 Sinhala soldiers in the north of the island.
what the Hell India has to do with Lankan Forces...?
How long would you be able to maintain this army of occupation in the Tamil nation?
Tamil nation...not in this planet. |

Erimalai the hypocrite
Terrorism has one meaning and it doesn't change with the language like you try to show that when Tamils frighten (terrorize) the others (both Sinhalese and Tamils) it is 'freedom fight' and when GOSL counteracts these terrorist Tamils, it is 'terrorism'
Who is the real hypocrite here? Who terrorized the Tamils in 1958 and 1977? Who burned the Jaffna Public Library in May 1981, so the historical evidence of the Tamil people's roots in the island can be destroyed? Your people did! In both Welikade prison and later at Bindunuwewa, your prison guards allowed other Sinhala prisoners and thugs to massacre the Tamil prisoners! In Black July of 1983, armed with the voter registration lists of Tamils in Colombo, your Sinhala weerayas looted our homes, businesses, burned them, killed our friends using machetes and swords, even burned some of the alive, not to mention the carnage later spreading to Trincomalee. Are you going to tell me that the Sinhala political leaders of the State allowed this orgy of death and destruction to take place only because LTTE killed 13 Sri Lankan soldiers?
From Amparai to Manal Aru (Weli Oya), thousands of Tamil farmers were expelled and replaced with Sinhala civilians, accompanied by Sri Lanka Army posts and Buddhist viharas. This is Sinhala 'terrorism' masked under the legality of the State, perpetrated on the Tamil people. From 1984 to date, thousands of Tamil people have died in extra judicial executions, 'disappearances', mass graves, and as a result of air bombardments and mortar/artillery attacks against places of settlement. Again, this is Sinhala 'terror' inflicted on the Tamil people under the guise of the State battling the LTTE to contain its 'terrorist attacks against the State.' Funny thing is, until the State started to drop bombs in places in the Northeast where the Tamil people live, the LTTE didn't resort to activities in the South that you categorize as 'terrorist' in nature.

P Nedumaran, leader of the Tamil Nationalist Movement, the most prominent pro- Eelam and pro-LTTE voice in Tamil Nadu, said, Kilinochchi was already a ghost town, no one lived there. So the Sri Lankan Army cannot claim a big victory.
looks like Nadumaran as a military strategist has given his view of how less important Killinochi was..lol.. with comments like that of nadumarans who will take him seriously.? Tigers change strategy is bombings in Colombo indiscriminately, if they think they can put the SLDF operation on halt by these bombings then they are wrong.. I think it s best Nadumaran is better to stick to what he is doing rather than coming here and talking about SL conflict.. he has no idea about killinochi and how important it was for the tigers to hold on to it.. even though it has less strategic importance.. |

Something sensible? Like using air raids, MBRL's and artillery fire to destroy our towns and villages? Or, may be something like the political circus show JR pulled off with the TULF with his round table talks to the current sensible drama like the APRC your President is presiding over to avoid granting real autonomy to the northeast part of the State? Yes, the Tamil people have been waiting for something sensible to come from the Sinhala politicials for a long time. Nothing so far. So, they turn to Velu.
