PrinceXX,
Living in harmony.. is a temporory thing. (Already TN people reject learning Hindi?)

Nothing is forever, how could harmony be?

So whenever a problem comes if you say we should divide the land based on their uniqunesses..

will start doing it starting from TN.

But I don t buy this argument, because we Eelam Tamils want to have family, religious, cultural and linguistic connection with India and Tamil Nadu but not a political union. We don t want to merge with Tamil Nadu and disappear in the sea of 60 million Indian Tamils. We still want to save our Tamil, religion, culture and traditions unique to us.

well said thivya...

Tigy,
It is upto the indians to decide their future and the destiny! that is my understanding...

But yet, you fail to understand that the tamils in Wanni did not get to choose their future or destiny. The LTTE came in with guns and referred to themselves as the 'sole reps' of the tamil people, and killed off other tamil leaders. Now, even people like Thalaviar are calling for VP to be dropped, but will he?? Does he represent the tamil people? Was he ever voted in??? How many people oppose VP and the LTTE, and how many people support him? Did the tamils get to choose their own destiny, or did the LTTE (waving their guns around) choose it for them!

Thivya,

Finally you came to the point.

'Of course, that is the fear of Indian government.they think, if Tamil Nadu separates, it will have a domino effect on the Indian union and it will crumple like the Soviet union. That is the only reason India is not helping to free Tamil Eelam like they created Bangladesh. They don t forget that Tamil Nadu already had a flourishing separatist movement. '

So we will devide SL based on nations once India go into pieces..

-- I dont buy your last para.. its a lie. Having a separate country in the north of SL, and want to have just cultural relations with the south of India? no political union?
why not?

PrinceXX,

You said:

'Tamil Nadu rejected not to add Hindi as a language subject in schools and it was only because Tamil is Most ancient and classical language than Hindi '

Good lie.

Why did TN tried to separate from India in the past and then Mahatma Gandhi had to change the constitution and shut their mouths?

Thivya wants to have just cultural relations with TN after separating EElam country.. :)

LTTE supporters never thought that LTTE will end up in a humiliating defeat like this . So now they want to speculate about other tactics which are nothing new to the world but hit and run tactics. However, those methods will not going to last long, as many of the carders will eventually surrender when the life in the jungle beome much more miserable than in bunkers in the FDL as they were still getting some supplies but not any more . LTTE will run out not only their Armour and ammunition but food supplies and medicines too. Once LTTE is confined to the jungle there will be a continuous bombardment which will kill many LTTE carders.
The Tamil Civilians who were trapped in Vanni for the last two decades are infact tired of this war. They want a decent and a peaceful life not this war any more. They know how hard will be their lives if they nurture LTTE further , and they are ready to point out who are LTTE members gone underground. They do not want an Eelam. The Elam dream is with the Tamil Diaspora where racism and stupidity continue to propagate .There will be many LTTE carders leaving the Mulathiv jungles and surrendering to the SLDF within the next few months when the food shortage and diseases hit them hard.

The hit and run tactics which LTTE carried out successfully in the early stages of their fight is not going to have the same support they received from the Tamil civilians again, as they have seen how LTTE had turn in to a monster from being so called freedom fighters. They have witnessed how their kids were forcefully taken in to LTTE and sacrificed for a lost cause.
One should not forget that Ex Tamil militants had also formed Political parties and joined the main stream politics over the years ,and now had gained significant support from TamilS in the north and they are against LTTE. Therefore , LTTE to operate as an underground Terrorist organization successfully is a nightmare waking up from the Tamil Eelam dream.
