Those who surrenders crossing willingly are accepted as genuine and sent for rehabilitation.But those who surrender after a failed battle,I would say no.In reality those who armed to terrorize will not have a legal case to defend within a human society.Hence I would put them to sleep on the spot to save the society...:-) |

remember when you said when Meetetnow made a strange comment by saying one terrorist was captured during the bomb blast at the SLAF camp in Colombo.. well they have actually caught a guy.. so he was right after all..:))

For 30 years, SLDF could only get TC. Indeed poor TC got unlucky and got hit by stray bomb.
Still not a single Tiger leader gotten captured or killed.

The confusion was when you said it, it was like there was a guy arrested who was on the motorbike. Actually the story was he was running away from the scene and was arrested and showed as one of the men.
anyway i accept it was just a misunderstanding in the way you presented it.
