If you are talking about people like Karuna, Pillaiyan, Douglas and Anandasangaree then I have no comment. If you are talking about people like Kadirgamar I have some thought...but, would really like to know the formula...
I'm not talking about the people like Karuna or Pillaiyan or Douglas at this moment. They are in politics for personel gains, and for sure SRI LANKANS will not trust them to escalate to PM or President post.
Not know that much about Ananda sangaree, but for sure he doesn't have a vision and a mission for the entire country, so he too is out.
Formula :- a person who Works towards a common goal, think about the entire nation (Sri Lankans), Have the capacity to build and develop the country, has no favourations, is not corrupt..
Problem is at the moment no one exists with those properties. So we had to select the best out of who applied for that post (President)
And for the PM, we selected 225 people to work together to find a better person, but with this system, only one person is playing the major role and select who the PM should be and etc... so I think we need to have a good election system to rectify those issues. One that is in place like in USA |

I wonder whether anyone knows that it is compulsory for a certain rank and above of SLDF to learn tamil? There is an army camp up in the hills exclusively for this. |

in other words, srilanka is a fake state therefore it must negotiate with the opposition Tamils to make it a proper state!
