This is not right. Anyone who is part of the Hon Appapillai Amirthalingam's work - did do valuable work for Tamils. Anandasangaree is like elders who have not kept up with times. We must take the good in them and make up through our good the negatives that we see in them. Running them down outside merit basis divides the community.
It was the late Bandaranaike & his Mrs, and Amirthalingam, along with the help provided by UNP thugs who created the LTTE.

I thought most LNPers believed that all tamils are tigers.
Most LNP Sinhalese found it easy to use the Tiger name to express their own frustrations to which they gave the form 'Tamils'. This led to them ignoring what they described as terrorism in their own backyard.
To be fair by them we as Tamils also believe that we need the tigers to live with dignity dont we?

I am trying hard to regain lost ground. To the extent that i am even commenting on Gaja's posts.
Haha! that's pretty desperate! :) But it's worthwhile because you'll always get a reply, even though it will be just full of gibberish about 'faith', 'natural justice' and 'Australia'.
I was briefly mad at the LNPers as they left me alone with Gaja in the same room..eerie!
I don't think you will ever be on LNP alone. There are always someone reading, even if they don't post comments, they're there. But don't worry, if i'm online, i'll always join in. |

The primary hard drive failed. It was not recoverable. Last backup image I had was 5 days old. Thats why you are seeing 5 days old articles as last article.
I am sorry about this dataloss. Lucky i was able to restore it atleast upto this point.

I for one believe that the Tamils and Singhalese cannot live in harmony under the set-up.
Is the belief as Colombo Tamil? Then where would you live?

same as most tamils in LNP used 83 crimes which was planned by Jr and thugs to a discredit sinhalese as racisit..so we both wrong.. |

A clean separation is needed and then we need to learn to be human first. Then we could advance to the next stage of accomodating each other.
How about all Tamils come to uninhabited parts of Australia and all Sinhalese go to NZ and then we would have a zero base?
You have to start with the real common base. Determining that is our first job. |
