	Now comes a very important stage of ethnic issue. Once LTTE is eliminated, there should be some representation in LTTE controlled areas. Otherwise, anarchy will soon take foothold. There should be a swift changes leading to provincial election and a hopefully a tamil chief minister to lead the development of the area.

	GOSL should take swift policy changes including multi-ethnic defence force, inact laws for equal opportunity in employment and other economic opportunities etc. PC's should be given police authority in my opinion. THere is only one way to go - progressive changes to benefit all communities.

	Gerrysl It has been happening since SLAF greeted them to say you are not spared...and teams from TF1 took a you turn to North.just the smell of it was enough to run.EP Paranthan Kilinochchi are all inter linked loss of one place makes other places collapse.It just did happened against Rahman's predictions...:-)
