To expatriate Tamils who paved the way to destroy their own kind:

Let us not continue this war for another day.

It is over. The best change for a peaceful settlement that would have resulted in meaningful autonomy in the Northeast Region was after the 2002 CFA. It was the best chance for peace. All the sacrifices, pain and suffering the Tamil people endured would not have been vain. But, the LTTE leadership, who should not have relied on the misguidance provided by certain expatriate Tamils, literally blew it.

Mr. Prabhakaran must announce an immediate end to Final War (or Eelwam War IV). I know the LTTE has the capability to continue this war in a different form (guerilla campaign) for another decade, if not more. But, the overall strategic equation on the ground will not change in LTTE s favor in the future
