Damed,
everyone should start or join such groups to support children first..at school level we have started to support all children of war veterans with monthly funds and school books till they finish schooling.
Totally agree! We too sponsor children of war veterans and give funds for these types of causes. Thankfully we have these active organisations like SPUR in Australia, which do a lot of hard work for them, which makes giving a lot more easier for us! |

I agree on what you saying only if all the other channels show what Ranil said about war casualities. or about the hedging deal, or about the current fuel price, or about how the Blood bank dealt with the patience, or how the ministers rob the money and cattle.
all other chanels do other than gov,gov channels out of qs ,don't even talk about them,why sirasa does not have daily war report with videos and pics,while all others have,people complained about it and now they put it as they are against hatred spreading :) |

I'm not talking about giving donations to the war vet's, that should be stoped sooner after a mechanism is in place for them to live with dignity and with out dependancy, Should take them to the main working force, may be a little contribution, but should take it from where ever possible to make them happy that they too are involved in something that give them a respectable life.
True that kids should be supported, but would have been better if parents can do that with what they earn, so the help should be to let them stand on thier own. |
