While the Sri Lankan Armed Forces repeatedly exaggerate their successes and play down their losses, the LTTE generally gives a factual account of the battles. Even if it did badly in the battles, it does not try to cover up its failures. This is one of the reasons for the high credibility enjoyed by the LTTE's statements in the eyes of its cadres, the Tamil population and diaspora abroad.
The LTTE version of the Vavuniya operation has more credibility than the version put out by the Sri Lankan Armed Forces.

beef should never be overcooked.... ideal is to cook it 2 minutes either side on a very hot metal skillet with a dollop of Butter... Anchor is the ideal choice.

1.Wrong location-- the ' ball of fire' observed visually by pilot, and purportedly by ' chena farmers' , and with radar confirmation( disappearance) was way down south.
2.Ukrainian: This seems pure concoction I am afraid( by MI or refugees is moot).Other than the immediate few handling them, I am sure nobody but nobody would be privy to their identity.
3.Reliability: If I am a refugee with an uncertain future, I may tell what my enemy wants to hear.Or maybe MI cooked it up, such is their job.
